Epping Cricket Club - Competitions

SHEPPARDS NEAME ESSEX CRICKET LEAGUE:

Held between April and September each year, Epping currently field two teams in this competition. It is composed of four divisions of  10 teams.
Epping are currently playing in division 3, with the 2nds mirroring the 1st.

DUKES ESSEX LEAGUE CUP:

Held at the start of each league season, it takes the format of a knock-out competition similar to football's F.A. cup.

THE BEAUMONT TROPHY:


Cricket's version of the Calcutta Cup, this competition is played annually between Epping and Nazing Common.
Named after Epping's long serving bowling legend Bill, we have always maintained and enjoyed a special relationship with our neighbours.

THE WINTER INDOOR CRICKET LEAGUE:

This competition is played to a different format to summer cricket but is extremely enjoyable. It is played with a reduced team of just 6 players with restrictions on bowling and scoring.
Epping Currently field 2 teams in this competition, each starting in different groups.
